It has been a fantastic start to our summer. The weather had cooled and now a bit warm but it looks like we'll be backin the 60's in a couple days. Flows have bumped but are moderate due to the light snowpack. Fishing on the San Juan, Rio Grande, Animas, upper Dolores, Pine, mountain streams as well as Vallecito Lake have all been fantastic. Electra Lake opens on May 23rd we know it will be happening.

Rio Epic was established in the winter of 1999 by Will Blanchard. Will already had 7 years of guiding under his belt at that point. Rio Epic is an independent family owned and operated guide service based in southwest Colorado.
